Just like so many others, I had a story to tell. My life changed when I decided that I was going to start sharing my story.

After struggling for 20 years to figure out who I was, and what I was doing, I realized that everything I was searching for, I possessed within myself.
Fighting ADHD, depression, anxiety, and a four and a half year long battle with anorexia and bulimia, I had been at war with myself for far too long.

I realized I was not meant to live day to day-hour to hour. Instead, I wanted to live wholeheartedly, unrestrained and authentic.

My sophomore year of college, I began studying social work at The Ohio State University- becoming fascinated with the human connection. Little did I know that studying how to help others would ultimately help me find myself.

I have learned to harness my mental illnesses and use them to my advantage, how to combat fear with courage, sadness with positivity, and anger with acceptance. But most importantly, I have discovered that loving myself is so vital. That compassion and care are not only things we should be focused on giving others, but also giving ourselves. I cannot give myself fully to my passion, and the purpose I am to serve on this rock without making sure I am performing at my best: physically, mentally, and spiritually while living by the values of a hippie in a reality where I have to adult to get anything done.

So join me, and learn how to harness your worth, confidence, resiliency, and meaning. Learn how to stop living within the grind of everyday life, and live each day with purpose!
